Falls CreekThey don't call this the parylyser for nothing! Take heed, the downhill is worth it. Start at Watchbed Creek, up Big River fire trail. It will stop.

If you are feeling good turn left to take the Mt Nelse challenge for spectacular views of the High Plains (and some great downhill on return) - 26km, so allow 3 hours. If not, continue up the final pinch, then free ride all the way to Langfords Gap. Sweet. Don't miss the right hand turn onto the Aqueduct.
